“What is the process of working on a project with you?”

 

After we meet on the phone or via email to discuss project details, we agree on a timeline. You will provide me with background materials such as previous mailings, brochures and reports. I may need to conduct a phone interview to gather more information. When I am done writing the copy, I will send it to you as a WORD document.

 

“How do you handle revisions?”

 

All fees quoted include two rounds of free revisions. Beyond that, revisions will be billed on an hourly basis.

 

“What about the design work?”

 

The design component of your material is very important to its success. I know some very experienced graphic artists and would be happy to recommend one to you. We can also work with your preferred designer.
